Full EAP Report to SoS on station design now available here

The Full Report produced by the EAP team in response to HS2’s proposed change to station design at Euston is now available below.  This report was based on limited information available in March on the potential development above and around the station. It should be noted that the figures for homes, jobs and GVA are reliant on the extent of development that can be supported either through a deck or above the stations and this still has not been confirmed by HS2 or Network Rail. The mix of homes and jobs could also vary as the different station designs are more suited to different types of development, therefore the figures should be treated within this context.
