EAP Update Examination
The Euston Area Plan Update Proposed Submission Draft was submitted to the Secretary of State for independent examination on Thursday 8 October 2026.

The Secretary of State will appoint an Inspector to hold an independent examination of the Euston Area Plan Update.
The Inspectors’ task is to consider the soundness of the submitted Plan (in accordance with the tests set out in the National Planning Framework) and whether it has been prepared in accordance with the legal and procedural requirements.
Dates of the examination hearings will be published here once confirmed.
