Comments Off on EUSTON AREA PLAN UPDATE (EAP) DECEMBER 2023After Camden Council’s initial consultation on proposed updates to the EAP (a planning document that will help to shape the future of the Euston area) in Spring 2023, work on the Plan was paused while HS2 worked on different station options as part of a cost cutting exercise at Euston.
As the Government has now announced HS2 will come to Euston but that they expect the station and tracks to be funded privately (October 2023), the Council is restarting work on the update to the EAP. The biggest changes are to be focussed on the station and Cutting chapters.
Our current timetable includes additional consultation as a revised draft in Summer 2024 that will be available on this website.
