- Following consultation on the proposed updates to the EAP and the additional consultation highlighting the possible impact of Government decisions in relation to HS2 at Euston, the Plan was updated and the evidence base that supports the Plan finalised. The Regulation 19 Pre-Submission EAP has been published for consultation.

- Following consultation on the Regulation 19 Pre-Submission EAP, it will then be finalised and submitted to the Secretary of State for examination.

- Following consultation on the Regulation 19 Pre-Submission EAP, it will then be finalised and submitted to the Secretary of State for public examination.
- Subject to the EAP being found ‘sound’ by a Planning Inspector, the EAP will then be adopted by the Council.
